1. Communicate regularly

There will be some bumps in the roads if the employees aren’t familiar with remote work setup. It can cause some setbacks and issues along with the workload. It might be hard at first but with the right guidance from co-workers, it’s going to be alright. It’s important to invest into a video conferencing tool for your employees to let them share personal and professional updates as well.

Work from home setup cuts a lot of the casual conversations your team is having during lunch or coffee breaks to stop the monotony of work. You might be able to do that virtually. 4. Establish defined working hours

You should be able to distinguish the start and end of your employees’ working hours. Sometimes, the line gets blurred out because everyone is staying at home. Refrain from sending your employee a chat, text, or e-mail if work is already done for the day, or if it’s the weekend.  Give them space and let them relax, you don’t want to be the one to cause their burnout. 

Having a separate time and space will allow you and your team to be more present in your home life.
